Zusammenfassung

Nach Implantation einer Knieendoprothese lohnt es sich, den ganzen Menschen und nicht nur das lokale Geschehen in den Clinical-Reasoning-Prozess und die therapeutischen Entscheidungen miteinzubeziehen. Die beiden Fallbeispiele zeigen eindrücklich, wie dieser weitere Blick zu einer erfolgreichen Therapie führt.
