Uterine Sarkome stellen eine heterogene Gruppe insgesamt seltener Malignome des uterinen Bindegewebes, der Uterusmuskulatur und des endometrialen Stromas dar [1]. Das Adenosarkom macht dabei weniger als 5% der uterinen Sarkome aus [2]. Adenosarkome sind charakterisiert als Tumoren mit epithelialen Anteilen und mesenchymalen, sogenannten Sarkomanteilen [3]. Das mittlere Erkrankungsalter des Adenosarkoms liegt bei 60 – 70 Jahren, es kommt aber in allen Altersklassen vor [4], [5], [6]. Die Symptomatik des Adenosarkoms des Uterus ist vielfältig, und es existiert weder ein spezifisches Verfahren zur Diagnosestellung noch ein standardisiertes Therapiekonzept. Wir präsentieren den Fall einer 19-jährigen Frau, die sich vor 3 Jahren mit persistierenden Blutungsstörungen und Unterbauchschmerzen bei Verdacht auf ein Adenosarkom in unserer Klinik vorstellte.
