Führungskompetenzen sind nicht nur bei Praxisinhabern und Managern gefragt. Auch jeder Ergotherapeut kann ein Leader sein: Dabei geht es nicht um das Führen von Mitarbeitern, sondern zum Beispiel darum, neue Handlungsfelder für die Ergotherapie zu erschließen. Warum es sinnvoll sein kann, diese Kompetenzen zu nutzen, erklären Sarah Kufner und Nadine Scholz-Schwärzler.
