Die Ergotherapie hat sich in den letzten 20 Jahren sehr verändert. Während dieser Zeit entstand unter anderem das professionelle Reasoning, das Ergotherapeuten in ihrem klinischen Entscheidungsprozess unterstützt. Helen Strebel und Cornelie Zillhardt durchlaufen Befunderhebung und Zielfindung anhand eines Fallbeispiels aus heutiger Sicht und aus der Sicht von vor 20 Jahren.
