Lahmheit der Vordergliedmaße und Füllung der Karpalbeugesehnenscheide

Der 9-jährige Hannoveraner Wallach wurde aufgrund einer Lahmheit der rechten Vordergliedmaße vorgestellt. Die Lahmheit bestand seit 3 Wochen und gleichzeitig trat eine Schwellung palmar am Karpus auf ([Abb. 1]).
