Die Diagnostik und Therapie der akuten Herzinsuffizienz: Schritt für Schritt

Die akute Herzinsuffizienz ist im klinischen Alltag ein häufiges Krankheitsbild, verbunden mit hoher Rehospitalisierungsrate sowie schlechter Prognose bei einer 1-Jahres-Mortalität von 10–30% [1] . Durch ein systematisches Vorgehen kann die Ursache für das akute Krankheitsbild zügig geklärt und behandelt werden. Für den Patienten führt dies zu einer raschen Erleichterung und verbessert seine Prognose.
