SOP Verletzungen des Beckens

Einleitung

Die Inzidenz von Beckenringfrakturen liegt bei etwa 3% aller Frakturen. Sie sind somit eher seltene Verletzungen. Bei mehrfach verletzten Patienten steigt sie jedoch auf ca. 25% und bei der Subgruppe verkehrsbedingter Todesfälle auf bis zu 42% an [1]. Aufgrund ihrer hohen Letalitätsrate von bis zu 20% bedürfen sie eines strukturierten Therapiealgorithmus.
