Abstract

Zusammenfassung

Die schmerzhafte Struktur bei Patienten mit einem Rotatorenmanschettensyndrom (RMS) zu differenzieren, ist aufgrund der anatomischen Gegebenheiten kaum möglich. Daher leitet vor allem die klinische Untersuchung inklusive dynamischer Inspektion und Reduktionstests die Therapeuten im Clinical Reasoning Prozess. Verschiedene Protokollprofile, basierend auf der klinischen Präsentation von Patienten mit RMS, bieten Therapeuten einen weiteren Hinweis für die Strukturierung des Behandlungsplans.
