Die mechanische Aktivierung von Wurzelkanal-Spüllösungen – eine Literaturübersicht

Die chemische Aufbereitung des Wurzelkanalsystems im Anschluss an die mechanische Instrumentierung stellt den zentralen Punkt einer erfolgreichen endodontischen Therapie dar. Die mechanische Aktivierung von Spülflüssigkeiten im Wurzelkanal bietet dabei gegenüber der manuellen Spülung viele Vorteile. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die in Deutschland verfügbaren Aktivierungssysteme und legt einen Fokus auf klinisch relevante Aspekte.
