Ist die Tumormutationslast beim nicht-kleinzelligen Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) kein Outcomemarker? Die auf dem WCLC 2019 vorgestellten Ergebnisse von 3 Studien mit den Checkpoint-Inhibitoren Pembrolizumab, Nivolumab und Ipilimumab zeigten keine Assoziation mit dem Gesamtüberleben (OS).
