SOP Ovarielles Überstimulationssyndrom – Therapie und Prävention

Das ovarielle Überstimulationssyndrom – eine seltene, aber potenziell schwerwiegende Komplikation reproduktionsmedizinischer Behandlungen – ist meist iatrogen verursacht und eine Reaktion auf die ovarielle Stimulation im Rahmen einer assistierten Reproduktion (ART). Der vorliegende SOP-Beitrag gibt einen Überblick zum Krankheitsbild des OHSS und zur erforderlichen Diagnostik und Therapie.
