Figures 2 and 3 have been interchanged. In the text referenced in Figure 2 to the actual Figure 3 and vice versa. There was a reference in one place in the text taken to the wrong value of the figure for revision. In Figure 3 of the revision, 2 values were minimal incorrectly rounded up. In the abstract and in table 2 a minimally different value was given. In the discussion 2 values are given slightly differently.
