Die pseudoangiomatöse stromale Hyperplasie – eine seltene benigne Raumforderung der Mamma

Die PASH ist eine benigne myofibroblastische Läsion der Mamma, die durch Proliferation stromaler mesenchymaler Zellen myofibroblastischen Ursprungs charakterisiert ist. Diese bilden von Myofibroblasten ummantelte Hohlräume, die Gefäßstrukturen nachahmen [1] [4].
