COVID-19-Pneumonie: CT hilft bei der Beurteilung des Schweregrades

Das klinische Spektrum der COVID-19-Pneumonie reicht von milden bis zu lebensbedrohlichen Verläufen, deren Unterscheidung essenziell für ein adäquates Management und die Reduzierung der Mortalität ist. Die retrospektive Studie zeigt, dass initiale CT-Kriterien eine Differenzierung von Standard-, schweren und kritischen Fällen ermöglichten. Dies gelang insbesondere mit einer Kombination aus qualitativer und quantitativer Analyse.
