Infizierte Wunden stellen im Praxisalltag oft eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Trotz zahlreicher Therapiemöglichkeiten ist eine offene Wundbehandlung bei manchen Patienten unumgänglich. Der vorliegende Artikel gibt einen Überblick über aktuell gängige Behandlungsmethoden bei offenen infizierten Wunden.
