Sieben-Schritte-Programm bei Bruxismus-Patienten

Kopf- und Nackenschmerzen gehören zu jenen Diagnosen, mit denen Physiotherapeuten alltäglich konfrontiert werden. Dass diese Beschwerden auch von Bruxismus, also dem zumeist unbewussten, nächtlichen Knirschen oder Aufeinanderpressen der Zähne herrühren können, bleibt oft verborgen. Ein Sieben-Schritte-Programm für Diagnostik und Therapie hilft, das komplexe Phänomen Bruxismus zu identifizieren, gängige Irrtümer auszuräumen und geeignete therapeutische Interventionen einzuleiten.
