Anaphylaktische COVID-19-Impfreaktion: erfolgreiches Management entlang der ERC 2021 Leitlinie

Das Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) berichtete kürzlich, dass nach COVID-19-Impfungen in sehr seltenen Fällen auch lebensbedrohliche Anaphylaxien auftreten können. Das notfallmedizinische Management bei schwerer Anaphylaxie ist mittlerweile international evidenzbasiert strukturiert. Im März 2021 wurden die neuen internationalen Leitlinien zur Reanimation (ERC Guidelines 2021) publiziert. Die Anaphylaxie ist Thema in Teil 6 (European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021: Cardiac arrest in special circumstances) und Teil 10 (Paediatric Life Support).

Abstract

Anaphylaxis is a rare adverse event reported following receipt of COVID-19 vaccines. Patients with anaphylaxis should be assessed and treated as rapidly as possible. In March 2021 the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) published the new guidelines. In part 6 (Cardiac arrest in special circumstances) and part 10 (Paediatric Life Support) we can find the emergency management in anaphylaxis.
