Prähospitale Notfälle bei Schwangeren – was gilt es zu wissen?

Die meist akute Natur geburtshilflicher Notfälle gewinnt im prähospitalen Setting zusätzliche Brisanz. Das unmittelbare Erfordernis zielgerichteter Maßnahmen kann sich dabei sowohl aus mütterlicher als auch kindlicher Indikation ergeben. Seltene und wenig in der Routine einzuübende Gefahrensituationen durch standardisierte Entscheidungsprogramme erschließbar zu machen, erfordert umfängliche Informations-/Schulungskonzepte.
