Zunehmende Raumforderung retroaurikulär bei Valsalva-Manöver
Krankheitsbild
Ein 63-jähriger Patient stellte sich mit einer neu aufgetretenen subgalealen, retroaurikulär gelegenen Schwellung von 5–6 cm rechts mit Größenzunahme nach Schnäuzen in der Klinik für Hals-, Nasen- und Ohrenheilkunde der Uniklinik Freiburg vor. Es traten beim Pressen keine zusätzlichen Schwellungen oder Beschwerden, wie z. B. Schmerzen, auf. Subjektiv bestand ein Druckgefühl im Ohr mit Verbesserung nach Valsalva-Manöver. Während des Valsalva-Manövers traten weder Schwindel noch sonstige Hirnnervendefizite auf.
