Die Befunderhebung der Handgelenkmitte

Nach der radialen und ulnaren Seite richten wir den Blick auf die zentralen Strukturen am Handgelenk: Dorsal liegt das 4. Strecksehnenfach mit den Sehnen der Fingerextensoren sowie der N. radialis. Palmar ist der Karpaltunnel mit den Fingerbeugesehnen und dem N. medianus. In der Tiefe liegt die Handwurzel mit den zentralen Knochen Kapitatum und Lunatum. Der Artikel beschreibt die Untersuchung dieser Strukturen.

Einige Pathologien in der Mitte des Handgelenks (wie das sehr häufig vorkommende Karpaltunnelsyndrom) sind mit den richtigen Tests einfach abzuklären. Andere hingegen sind schwieriger zu eruieren. Dazu gehören karpale Instabilitäten nach Traumen oder eine chronische Überdehnung der Bänder. Alle Pathologien profitieren von einer frühzeitigen Diagnose, Behandlung und Rehabilitation.
