Persönliche Entfaltung ist alles – Generation Y als Angestellte

Wer zwischen 1981 und 1995 geboren wurde, gehört zur Generation Y. Diese gilt beruflich als sehr wählerisch. Daher gibt es für Arbeitgebende einiges zu beachten, wenn sie Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern der Generation Y eine attraktive Stelle bieten möchten.
