SOP Hyperkaliämie

Die Hyperkaliämie kann eine lebensbedrohliche Elektrolytstörung sein. Sie sollte in einer Notfallsituation schnell erkannt und therapiert werden, um schwerwiegende Komplikationen wie Herzrhythmusstörungen zu vermeiden. Diese SOP stellt eine sofortige Diagnostik (Point of Care Device / Blutgasanalysen) und die Therapieprinzipien Kardioprotektion und Kaliumverschiebung (Shift) mit anschließender Elimination des Kaliums vor.
