Chronische Obstipation nach Milztrauma und mehrfachen abdominalchirurgischen Eingriffen

Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines Falles wird die Arzneimittelfindung mithilfe des Symptomenlexikons (SL) von Uwe Plate nach der von Michael Kohl entwickelten Methode dargestellt. Schwerpunkt ist die Bewertung der Patientensymptome hinsichtlich ihrer Bedeutung bei der Arzneimittelwahl und ihre Übersetzung in die Begrifflichkeiten des SL. Anhand des Behandlungsverlaufs wird ferner eine Dosierungsform von flüssigen Q-Potenzen bei einer chronischen Erkrankung mit täglich auftretenden Symptomen präsentiert – unter Berücksichtigung von Problemen wie Überdosierung und Unterdosierung.

Summary

A clinical case is used for presenting the method of finding a remedy using Uwe Plate’s „Symptomenlexikon“ (SL) according to the method developed by Michael Kohl. The focus is on the evaluation of the patient’s symptoms with regard to their importance for choosing the most similar remedy and their translation into the terminology of the SL. A dosage form of liquid Q-potencies in a chronic disease with symptoms occuring every day is presented based on the course of the case, taking into account problems such as overdosing and underdosing.
