Balint – Psychodrama – Eine Einführung

Zusammenfassung

In Balint-Psychodrama-Gruppen treffen sich ÄrztInnen, PsychologInnen und Angehörige anderer medizinischer Berufsgruppen in Kleingruppen unter der Leitung von ein oder zwei in der Methode ausgebildeten GruppenleiterInnen (PsychoanalytikerInnen, psychodynamisch ausgebildete KollegInnen).

Das Balint-Psychodrama unterscheidet sich weder im Geist, in den Zielen, noch in den Ergebnissen von einer anderen Balintgruppe. Der Unterschied liegt im Wesentlichen in der Art, wie der Fall bearbeitet wird: die Gruppenleitung bittet den oder die Fallvorstellende/-n (Referenten/-in), nicht nur über die Begegnung zu berichten, sondern zusammen mit der Gruppe und dem Gruppenleiter wichtige Momente seiner oder ihrer Beziehung zum Patienten zu finden, diese in Szene zu setzen und sie mit Hilfe des psychodramatischen Spiels wieder zu erleben. Das psychodramatische Spiel stellt nur einen Aspekt der Arbeit dar; vor und nach jeder Spielszene ähnelt die Gruppenarbeit in Bezug auf den Referenten und die Gruppe jeder anderen Balintgruppe.

Abstract

In Balint psychodrama groups, doctors, psychologists and members of other medical professions meet in small groups led by one or two group leaders trained in the method (psychoanalysts, psychodynamic trained colleagues).

Balint-psychodrama does not differ in its spirit, its aims and its results from any other Balint group. The difference lies mainly in the technique used to work with the presenter of the case at certain moments of the session. He (she) is asked not only to tell the story of the consultation but, with the collaboration of members of the group and the group leader, to play different moments of his (her) relationship with the patient. These moments of psychodramatic play are only one aspect of the work with the presenter of the case and with the whole group. Before and after every scene of play the work of the group and with the presenter does not differ from any other Balint group work.
