Der klinische Fall: Hämoperitoneum infolge eines Dysgerminoms bei einer 27-jährigen Stute

Der klinische Fall

Eine 27-jährige Rheinländer-Stute wurde aufgrund von Gewichtsverlust, Apathie und Unterbauchödem vorgestellt. In labordiagnostischen Untersuchungen zeigten sich u. a. eine Anämie und eine Thrombozytopenie. Bei weiterführenden Untersuchungen fielen Umfangsvermehrungen der Ovarien auf und es wurde ein Hämoperitoneum diagnostiziert. Aufgrund des progredienten Verlaufs, einer zunehmenden Schmerzsymptomatik und des hohen Alters der Stute wurde diese euthanasiert. In der Tierkörperbeseitigungsanlage konnten Gewebeproben der veränderten Ovarien entnommen werden. Histopathologisch wurden die Umfangsvermehrungen als Dysgerminom angesprochen.
