A 35 yr GVPI; with 2 early pregnancy losses and 1 late abortion was referred because anhydramnios and bilateral cystic kidney dysplasia had been diagnosed in the previous pregnancy. This was confirmed by autopsy after late abortion in the 19th week of gestation and genetic testing had been denied. A subsequent pregnancy was unremarkable with no evidence of fetal kidney disease and resulted in a now 10month old daughter.
