Leserbrief zum Beitrag: „Ondansetron: 5-HT3-Antagonist, kein notfallpharmakologisches Universalantiemetikum“
Wir danken den Autoren des Artikels „Ondansetron: 5-HT3-Antagonist, kein notfallpharmakologisches Universalantiemetikum“ für die prägnante Zusammenfassung von (Patho-)Physiologie von Übelkeit und Erbrechen sowie Indikation und fehlende Wirkung von Ondansetron in vielen Situation der Präklinik [1]. Die Kollegen liefern ebenfalls eine Übersicht über Alternativen und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten. An dieser Stelle möchten wir ergänzend auf den möglichen Einsatz von Dopaminrezeptorantagonisten hinweisen.
