„Weshalb dieser Fall?“

Die „sarcoid-like reaction“ ist eine seltene autoimmune Reaktion ähnlich der idiopathischen Sarkoidose, welche nach Gabe von Checkpoint-Inhibitoren auftreten und mit einer Beteiligung des peripheren Nervensystems einher gehen kann.
