Längszug und geschlossene Reposition der distalen Radiusfraktur – Schritt für Schritt

Distale Radius- bzw. Unterarmfrakturen sind häufige Vorstellungsgründe in chirurgischen Notaufnahmen. Die Durchführung eines Längszugs („Aushang“) zur geschlossenen Reposition inkl. Schienenanlage gehört zu den Erstmaßnahmen die von Mitarbeitenden einer Notaufnahme sicher beherrscht werden sollte.
