Migräne verstehen: von der klinischen Untersuchung zu standardisierten Behandlungsstrategien
Physiotherapie spielt eine wichtige Rolle beim Management der Migräne, da eine Kombination aus medikamentöser und nicht-medikamentöser Therapie am wirksamsten ist. Um eine bestmögliche Therapie anzubieten, ist es essenziell, anhand von Assessments zu verstehen, wie und in welchen Bereichen die Migräne das Leben der Patient*innen am meisten beeinflusst. Dieser Artikel gibt einen narrativen Überblick über die aktuelle Literatur zur Migräne mit Schwerpunkt auf Diagnostik, klinischer Untersuchung, assoziierten Komorbiditäten und standardisierten Beurteilungs- und Behandlungsstrategien.
