Wenn wir mit Klient*innen arbeiten, hängt der Therapieerfolg nicht nur von fachlichen Kompetenzen und Konzepten ab. Entscheidend ist auch, wie wir die therapeutische Beziehung gestalten und uns selbst in den Kontakt einbringen. Der Artikel nimmt den Einsatz der eigenen Person und die Interaktion mit den Klient*innen unter die Lupe.
