Zusammenfassung

Autoimmunerkrankungen haben in den letzten Jahren stetig zugenommen. In diesem Artikel wird sowohl eine persönliche als auch eine professionelle Perspektive darauf, wie ein ganzheitlicher psychosomatischer Ansatz unterstützende Elemente bieten kann, die uns helfen, die komplexen Zusammenhänge zwischen unseren eigenen emotionalen Erfahrungen und der Funktion des Immunsystems besser zu verstehen und möglicherweise einen Weg aufzeigen, dessen Gleichgewicht zu fördern.

Abstract

Immune diseases have been steadily increasing in recent years. In this article is presented both a personal and professional perspective about how a holistic psychosomatic approach can offer supporting elements that can help us better understand the complex connections between our own emotional experiences, the immune system function and potentially offer a way to promote its balance.
