Nahrungsergänzungsmittel unter psychosomatischer Betrachtung
Authors
Nahrungsergänzungsmittel haben ihren Einsatz längst nicht mehr nur im Kontext einer Mangelprophylaxe. Vielmehr zeichnen sich differenzierte Einsatzmöglichkeiten ab, insbesondere bei Patientengruppen mit spezifischen somatischen oder psychischen Erkrankungen. Erkenntnisse aus der Ernährungswissenschaft, Psychiatrie und Inneren Medizin werden zunehmend zusammen betrachtet und können in eine individualisierte Therapie münden.
