Uterusruptur in der 34. Schwangerschaftswoche nach vorausgegangener Myomektomie: ein geburtshilflicher Notfall

Wir berichten über eine 32-jährige Patientin in der 33+3. Schwangerschaftswoche, die aufgrund einer Uterusruptur und terminaler fetaler Bradykardie notfallmäßig entbunden wurde. Nach vorausgegangener Myomektomie stellte sich eine kritische Lage, die eine sofortige Notsectio erforderte. Dieser Fall unterstreicht die Herausforderungen und das erfolgreiche Management einer seltenen, aber lebensbedrohlichen geburtshilflichen Situation.
