Physische und psychosoziale Belastungen von Mitarbeiter*innen im Rettungsdienst in Deutschland: ein systematischer Review

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Es mangelt an systematischem Wissen über die vielfältigen Belastungen und deren Bewältigung im Rettungsdienst. Insbesondere fehlen evidenzbasierte Ansätze für ein betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM).

Ziel

Ziel dieses Reviews ist es, die Stress- und Belastungsfaktoren im Rettungsdienst in Deutschland zu identifizieren und bestehende Ansätze des BGM zu analysieren.

Methode

Am 01.02.2023 ist eine systematische Literaturrecherche in verschiedenen Datenbanken durchgeführt und durch eine Internetrecherche ergänzt worden.

Ergebnis

Insgesamt konnten 24 Publikationen mit Daten von 24842 Mitarbeiter*innen im Rettungsdienst eingeschlossen werden. Diese Publikationen berichten sowohl über physische als auch psychosoziale Belastungen. Eine Studie zum BGM liefert potenzielle Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen.

Diskussion

Die Ergebnisse verdeutlichen die komplexen Belastungen im Rettungsdienst und den Bedarf an weiterer Forschung für evidenzbasierte BGM-Maßnahmen.

Abstract

Background

There is a lack of systematic knowledge about the various stresses and how they are dealt with in emergency services. In particular, there is a lack of evidence-based approaches to occupational health management.

Aim

The aim of this review is to identify the stress and strain factors in the German emergency services and to analyze existing approaches to occupational health management.

Methods

On February 1, 2023, a systematic literature search was carried out in various databases and supplemented by an internet search.

Result

A total of 24 publications with data from 24842 emergency services employees were included. These publications report on both physical and psychosocial stress. A study on occupational health management provides potential measures to improve working conditions.

Discussion

The results illustrate the complex burdens in the emergency services and the need for further research into evidence-based occupational health management measures.
