Elektrische Kardioversion - Schritt für Schritt
Der Leitlinie des European Resuscitation Council (ERC) zum Advanced Life Support des Erwachsenen sowie den aktuell gültigen Leitlinien der European Society of Cardiology (ESC) zu Therapien von Herzrhythmusstörungen ist eines gemeinsam: Führt eine tachykarde Herzrhythmusstörung zu Instabilität, ist zur Terminierung die elektrische Kardioversion Methode der Wahl – unabhängig vom Ursprungsort der Rhythmusstörung.
