EFSUMB at ECR 2025

This year’s European Congress of Radiology took place in Vienna from 26 February to 2 March and had a record high number of attendants from all over the world. The topic of the joint session between EFSUMB and the European Society of Radiology (ESR) was “AI assisted ultrasound”. The chair of the ESR ultrasound subcommittee Professor Thomas Fischer (Berlin, DE) introduced the session and chaired it together with EFSUMB President Caroline Ewertsen (Copenhagen, DK). Four distinguished speakers each gave a talk on different topics involving AI assisted ultrasound.
