Interventionelle endoskopische Therapie einer symptomatischen Leberzyste

Anamnese

Eine 84-jährige Patientin stellte sich mit einer 9 cm × 8 cm × 11 cm großen symptomatischen Zyste im linken Leberlappen vor. Diese persistierte trotz 2-maliger laparoskopischer Zystenentdeckelung und die Patientin litt weiterhin unter Übelkeit und Oberbauchschmerzen sowie unter rezidivierenden Cholangitiden bei Kompression der intrahepatischen Gallenwege. Es erfolgte die transgastrale Anlage eines 10 × 10 mm Lumen-Apposing Metal Stents (LAMS; Hot Axios, Boston Scientific) mit koaxial einliegendem Doppelpigtailstent. In der nach 6 Wochen durchgeführten Ösophagogastroduodenoskopie (ÖGD) und Endosonografie zeigte sich ein pathologischer Befund ([Abb. 1]).
