Intensitätssteuerung und Monitoring im Ausdauertraining über Dosis und Wirkung

Sowohl im Training als auch in der Rehabilitation kann man die Intensität beim Ausdauertraining über die Dosis und Wirkung steuern und überwachen. So lassen einerseits optimale Ergebnisse erzielen, zum anderen kann man so mögliche Überlastungen und gesundheitliche Risiken vermeiden.
