Das 1. Mal Mutter zu werden, ist ein einschneidendes und biografisch bedeutsames Ereignis. Die Erfahrungen rund um die Geburt wirken sich häufig auch auf die Sexualität aus – besonders im 1. Jahr nach der Geburt. Dieser Artikel beleuchtet das sexuelle Erleben aus hebammen- und sexualwissenschaftlicher Perspektive. Welche Erfahrungen machen Frauen? Und was könnte ihre sexuelle Gesundheit stärken?
