Die Autorin reflektiert die Projekte und Ergebnisse ihres mehrjährigen Weges in der klinischen Homöopathieforschung. Im Fokus stehen Entwicklung und Bewertung methodischer Ansätze, darunter das CATHIS-Instrument und die HOMIS-Bibliografie, zur Verbesserung der Studienqualität. Sie diskutiert innovative Studiendesigns, hebt die Relevanz von Beobachtungsstudien neben RCTs hervor und plädiert für eine methodisch vielfältige Evidenzbasis zur Beurteilung homöopathischer Interventionen unter Alltagsbedingungen.
Abstract
The author reviews her years of research in clinical homeopathy, focusing on methodological advancements such as the CATHIS tool and HOMIS bibliography to enhance study quality. Innovative study designs and the significance of observational studies alongside RCTs are discussed. The paper advocates for a diverse methodological evidence base to accurately assess homeopathic interventions under real-world clinical conditions.
