Untersuchung der Okulomotorik am Patientenbett

Die Motilitätsprüfung ist ein fundamentaler Teil der neuroophthalmologischen Diagnostik und erfordert für valide Befunde einen strukturierten Ansatz. Dieses Manuskript präsentiert einen praxisorientierten, standardisierten Algorithmus für die Untersuchung am Patientenbett. Er umfasst die gezielte Anamnese, Abdecktests sowie die Prüfung von Folgebewegungen, Sakkaden, Konvergenz und des vestibulookulären Reflexes.
