Neue Leitlinien des European Resuscitation Council (ERC) zur Reanimation

Einleitung

Am 22.10.2025 wurden die neuen Leitlinien des European Resuscitation Council (ERC) zur Reanimation publiziert. Wie bereits in den vergangenen Leitlinien finden sich sowohl aktuelle Zahlen als auch aktuelle Empfehlungen zum Vorgehen in Peri-Arrest-Situationen und bei Herzstillstand für alle Altersgruppen. Neben den Empfehlungen für professionelle Helfer gibt es erstmals auch eine Darstellung für Laien.

Die zentralen Aussagen zur Durchführung einer Reanimation werden 2025 weitgehend beibehalten, neue Literatur wird zur Bestätigung der wissenschaftlichen Evidenz aufgeführt. Es gelten weiterhin die Grundzüge: minimale Unterbrechung der Thoraxkompressionen, frühzeitige und ausreichende Oxygenierung sowie frühzeitige Defibrillation.
