Arzneimittelallergie auf Thioxanthene, einhergehend unter dem morphologischen Bilde eines Erythema exsudativum multiforme, entstanden unter Clopenthixol

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine in der psychopharmakologischen Literatur bisher nicht bekannte Ausbildung einer Hautallergie auf Clopenthixol berichtet, welche das morphologische Bild eines Erythema exsudativum multiforme zeigte. Zum Nachweis der Antigen-Antikörperreaktion wurde die Intrakutanprobe herangezogen. Beim Vergleich der Hautreaktion auf die vier Thioxanthenderivate Chlorprothixen, Clopenthixol, Flupenthixol und Methyxenhydrochlorid und der anschließenden Analyse der Reaktionen ergab sich, daß als volles Antigen das Thioxanthen-Grundgerüst mit der Chlor-Seitenkette wirkte. Die zweite Seitenkette hat keine Antigenwirkung. Für den Antikörper merkbare Antigenwirkung scheint jedoch schon das Thioxanthen-Grundgerüst allein zu besitzen, da es selbst schon zu einer schwachen Antigen-Antiköper-reaktion führt.

Summary

This paper reports about the formation of an allergic reaction of the skin as a result of the use of the thiaxanthene clopenthixole. The reaction came under the morphological image of a multiforme exsudative erythema. To prove the antigene-antibody-reaction, the drug was tested by means of an intracutaneous injection. Then the four thiaxanthene derivatives chlorprothixene, clopenthixole, flupenthixole and methixene where tested the same way and the analyses of the intensity of the reactions showed by comparison, that the substance with the full antigene power is the thiaxanthene basic structure with the chlorine as side chaine. The other side chaine has no antigene power. The thiaxanthene basic structure without side chaines has a light antibody building power.
