Lungensequestration bei Bochdalek'scher Hernie

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von Lungensequestration in Kombination mit einer Bochdalek'schen Hernie rechts bei einem 9 Wochen alten Säugling berichtet. Wegen des röntgenologisch nachweisbaren Zwerchfellhochstandes wurde mittels Thorakotomie das Diaphragma dargestellt. Es fand sich eine Bochdalek'sehe Hernie rechts und als Zufallsbefund auf der gleichen Seite eine teils intra-, teils extralobäre Lungensequestration.

Summary

Representation on a case of lung sequestration in combination with a hernia of Bochdalek in a nine weeks old infant. A high standing right diaphragm, diagnosed through the X-ray pictures, commanded thoracotomy as choice approach to the diaphragm. On the inspection, we found a Bochdalek hernia and as an incidental finding, on the same side, a partly extralobar, partly intralobar sequestration of the lung.
