An Hand eines erfolgreich behandelten Falles einer Ruptur des rechten Vorhofes nach stumpfem Thoraxtrauma werden Aussagekraft der einzelnen Möglichkeiten erörtert.
Summary
A rupture of the right atrium following blunt trauma of the thorax was operated with success. The effectiveness of different diagnostic procedures is discussed.
