Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 80jährigen Patientin wurde 6 Jahre vor dem Tod röntgenologisch eine Verdichtung
im dorsalen Sinus phrenicocostalis links festgestellt, die sich bei der Obduktion
als Lipom erwies. Wegen der Größenkonstanz des Lipoms über 6 Jahre und der angiographisch
nachgewiesenen Gefäßverbindungen zur Arteria renalis und zur Fettkapsel der Niere
ist es als Fehlbildung der Fettkapsel anzusehen. Wir vermeiden, von einer Hernie des
perirenalen Fettgewebes zu sprechen, weil ein peritonealer Bruchsack fehlt.
Summary
In an 80-year-old patient, a densification in the left dorsal sinus phrenicocostalis
was roentgenologically observed 6 years before her death, which autopsy proved to
be a lipoma. Because of the constant size the lipoma kept more than 6 years, and the
angiographically proved connexions of the vessels to the arteria renalis and to the
adipose capsule of the kidney, it is to be regarded as a malformation of the adipose
capsule. We avoid speaking of a hernia of the perirenal fatty tissue because it lacks
a peritoneal hernial sack.
