Zusammenfassung
Die Aplasie des Aortenbogens zwischen der linken Karotis und der linken Subklavia
ist ein außerordentlich seltener Typ der Aortcnanomalie. Es wird über einen Fall dieses
Typs berichtet. Es wurde erfolgreich operiert, indem die erweiterte linke A. subclavia
als Bypass für das aplastische Segment verwendet wurde. Diese Technik wurde erstmalig
in der Behandlung dieser Anomalie angewandt. Sie wird zur Behandlung ähnlicher Fälle
empfohlen.
Summary
Aplasia of the aortic arch between the left carotid and the left subclavian artery
is an extremely rare type of aortic anomaly. A case of this type of congenital deformity
is reported. It was successfully operated upon by bypassing the aplastic segment by
using the enlarged left subclavian artery. This technic is applied for the first in
the treatment of this anomaly, being recommended, whenever possible, for surgical
treatment of similar cases.
Résumé
L'aplasie de l'arc de l'aorte entre la carotide et la sous-clavière gauche est une
anomalie extrêmement rare de l'aorte. Présentation d'un cas de ce genre, qui fut opéré
avec succès, l'artère sous-clavière gauche élargie constituant le segment de raecordement
pour le segment aplasique. C'est la première fois que cette technique a été utilisée
pour le traitement de cette anomalie. Cette méthode est recommandée pour le traitement
de cas semblables.
