Zusammenfassung
Bericht über eine Patientin mit Megaösophagus, der sich durch eine erhebliche Elongation
mit Schlingenbildung auszeichnete. Da konservative Behandlung nicht in Frage kam und
der Erfolg einer alleinigen Kardiomyotomie fraglich erschien, wurde die Speiseröhre
zusätzlich durch zahlreiche Raffnähte verkürzt und verschmälert. Die rechtsseitig
thorakal durchgeführte Operation erbrachte ein gutes Ergebnis.
Summary
A case of a female patient with a mega-oesophagus characterized by marked elongation
and loop formation is reported. Since conservative treatment was out of question and
the success of cardiomyotomy alone appeared questinable, the oesophagus was shortened
and narrowd in addition by numerous purse-string sutures. The operation was carried
out from the right side of the thorax and was successful.
Résumé
Nous communiquons le cas d'un mégaoesophage chez une patiente, qui se distinguait
par une élongation considérable avec des images en noeud. Il n'était pas question
ici d'un traitement conservatif. Le résultat d'une cardiotomie n'était pas certain.
C'est pourquoi nous avons raccourci et rétréci l'oesophage. Nous y avons ajouté de
nombreuses sutures en bourse. L'opération exécutée via le thorax droit eut un résultat
excellent.
