Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Häufigkeitsverteilung von postoperativen Rhythmusstörungen bei der Gruppe der Vorhofseptumdefekte berichtet. Als notwendige therapeutische Maßnahme steht die Digitalistherapie im Vordergrund.

Summary

The frequency of cardiac arrhythmias after operative closure on atrial septal defects are reported. An adequate digitalisation is the first therapeutic procedure.

Nous avons discuté les troubles rythmiques après la correction opérative des atrial septal defécts. La digitalisation postopératoire est la méthode préférable.
